What's a Workspace?
A workspace is a fully isolated environment with its own conversations, knowledge base, staff members, AI configuration, widget settings, and analytics. Think of it as a separate instance of OpusVoice under your single account.
Switching
The sidebar shows all your workspaces. Click to switch instantly. Each workspace remembers its own state — open conversations, active filters, and dashboard view.
Roles
Each workspace has its own role assignments. You might be an admin in one workspace and a viewer in another. Roles are: Admin (full access), Agent (conversations and voice), and Viewer (read-only dashboards).
Plans
Your plan determines how many workspaces you can create. Starter gets 1, Growth gets 3, Scale gets 10, and Enterprise is unlimited.
