How It Works
Visitors can initiate a call from the chat widget. Agents can also call visitors directly from the conversation view. The audio connection is peer-to-peer for low latency, with fallback relay servers for tricky network situations.
Real-Time Transcription
Every call is transcribed live. Both the agent and visitor see the transcript updating in real-time. After the call ends, the full transcript is saved to the conversation history.
AI Summaries
Once a call ends, OpusVoice AI generates a concise summary: key topics discussed, action items, and any commitments made. This summary is attached to the conversation and visible in the dashboard.
Call History
The Voice dashboard shows all calls with duration, status, and quick access to transcripts and summaries. Filter by date, agent, or status to find any call instantly.
